When we are heart-centered, we speak unabashedly and simply, directly from the heart. We have nothing to hide because we are open and all that we are is visible – we stand naked. We simply are! In this state we experience both the fullness and the emptiness of being.
Both full and empty at one and the same time we become aware of our life as an awe-inspiring state of infinite creative possibilities.
The fullness we experience is a sense of ONEness, interconnectedness with ALL That Is. The feeling of emptiness is experienced as a sense of being a channel, an instrument or vehicle for something greater than our ego, our social self. When the fullness and emptiness in us is in balance, we experience a sense of wholeness and with it, our awareness expands and we intuit a world of infinite creative possibilities.
Infinite Creative Possibilities
To arrive at this state of infinite creative possibilities, we must surrender the ego – our social persona – we must get out of our own way, give up judgment, simply observe and more importantly, we must feel.
Any illusions we may have manufactured, or those, manufactured by others, that still cling to us, eventually fall away.
We stand revealed, simply, humbly and fully present, we finally come face to face with who we are.
“The energy of human consciousness may share an affinity with light that we do not yet understand. Turning toward that light, we might find it to be the source of all our inspiration and creativity.” Tarthang Tulku
Self-Recognition is an Illumination
In this moment of recognition, there is a profound experience of acceptance and unconditional Self-love.
The resulting experience of freedom and joy builds trust and intimacy at the deepest level of our being.
The greater our awareness of this experience – the more we own it and the more able and willing we are to trust in our hearts.
Over time, the clamouring, clutching and grasping of our ego lessens and the serenity and calm, ease and flow, that emanates from our heart centers, pervades our being.
All Healing is Self Healing
The practice of being heart-centered, heals old wounds and builds integrity and resonance throughout our entire system.
Our ability to be as intimate with others as we are with ourselves is a direct reflection of the process of becoming whole.
Shifting Paradigms
No longer ashamed, embarrassed or humiliated by our personal story of transformation, we share it freely, knowing that it will provide others with the hope and courage to abandon the ego-centered paradigm and live their life freely and joyously, straight from the heart.
Coming from a deep place of love and connected to all that is, we are willing to share our deepest truths – to share our Selves. No longer defensive or embarrassed by discomfort, stress and pain, we now recognize them as opportunities for transformation and shine our light on the situation, discerning truth from fear and its offspring – a clutter of manufactured illusion.
The Compassionate Heart Heals Others
Centered and present with open and compassionate hearts, we extend ourselves and reach out to serve others. They, feeling heard, engage with and trust us as they relax into a more centered state of being and develop a new sense of intimacy with themselves.

Self-Actualization – A One-Way Street
Opening yourself, may at first seem scary – getting clear on you are, what matters to you – what you care about, what moves you to tears and how you then, eventually, allow those tears to open your heart and make you experience the tenderness and fierceness of your love for yourself, for others and for the world.
To share your feelings, you must first feel them yourself. This process of being present to yourself in the moment of experience – to be aware and conscious with yourself at your most vulnerable moment is to be truly intimate. It is deeply transformational.
Once you are heart-centred, there’s no going back, nor would you want to. It is a process of Self-reclamation – of reclaiming your power.
With every step you take, you share more and more of yourself. The more you share, the deeper your insights and the more open and expansive your heart.
Living Your Heart’s Desire
Present and compassionate, you now live your heart’s desire intimately, feeling the deepest commitment to what truly matters to you – freedom, joy, peace and transformation, you now are the change you want to see in the world(Gandhi), and connecting with others, straight from the heart, they, feeling your love for yourself and for them, open themselves to you and to themselves in a wholly new and intimate way.
The path to Self actualization, now illumined by love and light, is cleared of emotional and mental clutter, enabling infinite possibilities for you to collaborate and co-create a new world.
Transformation Starts with Desire.
By getting clear on two fundamental questions, Who are you? and What do you want? you begin to forge a profound and intimate relationship with your Self.
Self-actualization is an authentication process that entails letting go and allowing Self healing to empower “The Leader Within”, a process both coaching and healing facilitate.
