Coping with Feelings of Betrayal and Resentment

March 13, 2018 @ 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Sometimes after a personal or professional set-back, we find ourselves surprised by strong feelings of betrayal and resentment that arise when friends and family members respond to us with less empathy/kindness and understanding than how we would have hoped.

In this seminar, you will learn proven strategies to experience your emotions with a greater sense of inner peace, ease, and flow. In the process, you will develop response-ability. Rather than reacting in a situation, you will learn how to respond on your own terms to your friends, associates, and loved ones.

Explore the 7 attitudes of mindfulness and learn how to apply mindfulness principles and practices that help you appreciate your feelings as a powerful personal communications vocabulary and inner guidance system.

Attending this workshop will help you shift perspective and see yourself and your situation more clearly and explore new possibilities that inspire hope and empower positive action.
