Therapeutic Touch® is a gentle, natural healing method for relaxation and self-help. Healing sessions relieve pain, stress and anxiety, accelerate healing, improve sleep and well-being.
The Therapeutic Touch Session
Always individualized, a Therapeutic Touch session can be as brief as 5 minutes with the very old or very young. The standard session usually runs 40 – 45 minutes including a rest period.
The client remains fully clothed and can sit or lie down for treatment. Therapeutic Touch can be done with no physical touching, or with a light touch on the shoulders, arms, legs and feet. The Therapeutic Touch session enables the client to re-pattern their energy field towards wholeness and health.

The Therapeutic Touch healing effect is cumulative. Benefits grow with repeated sessions over time. A Therapeutic Touch healing program is always individualized. The client is encouraged to trust their own inner knowing and schedule sessions as they want them.

Healing Team Services
For those on a healing journey, seeking longer term support, enquire about our Healing Team Services. Healing Teams consist of a dedicated group of Therapeutic Touch practitioners working together to support you in your healing journey, over an extended period of time, coordinated by the Kaizen Leadership Institute.
Having the support of a healing team can be very helpful for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation, palliative patients and/or those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia or other chronic conditions. Read Heidi’s story.
