Transform procrastination and self sabotage into self celebration and accomplishment. Self-sabotage is when you say you want something and then go about making sure it doesn’t happen to keep you stuck and going nowhere. Feelings of stuck-ness, disappointment and frustration are common symptoms of an over-active inner critic.
In this workshop you will gain awareness of inner conflicts between your deepest desires, your fears and your expectations that keep you procrastinating and stuck. You will learn how to transform your inner critic into a helpful advisor and trustee of your values and standards ready to support you in taking inspired action.
