Online Program Requirements and Application Process
The Kaizen Mindfulness Practice Development online course is a highly interactive web-based program. This course demands a high level of commitment to attendance, participation, undivided attention during training sessions and home learning and practice assignments. Each online session is 2 hours in length and your undivided attention is required for the duration.
As with everything, you get out of it relative to your commitment.
The Application Process aims to ensure participants are a good fit with the program and follows these simple steps:
- Submit a completed the application form
- Individual conversation by telephone or skype for Q&A and confirm participation.
- Applicant ensures technical requirements for participation (below) can be met
- Invoice & Registration (payment of fees)
Technical Requirements: high-speed internet connection, video cam (built-in or external) and audio microphone (built-in or external). Instructions on how to download Zoom (video conference program used for the program will be forwarded once registration is confirmed).
